They are fascinated by the rhythms, by stamping their feet loudly, clapping their hands, snapping their fingers, and shouting ole! Youth Yoga for Grades 5-8 With Eve Costarelli

    Youth Yoga for Grades 5-8
         With Eve Costarelli

Yoga is the perfect complement to a child’s busy academic and extracurricular life as it nurtures calmness, focus and balance.  We keep it fun and upbeat in a non-competitive atmosphere while exploring yoga poses, philosophy, breath work and meditation as well as journaling. This class promotes self-esteem, confidence, body awareness, concentration, relaxation, and friendliness. We learn to not only practice yoga on our mat but also how to bring these skills off the mat and into the world.
